How do I add a truck to my fleet?

From the home screen, tap the “+” button or “Add Truck” option. Enter the truck details such as name, VIN, and license plate number, then save. Your new truck will appear in your fleet list.

How do I invite a driver to my fleet?

Navigate to your fleet settings and select “Invite Driver.” Enter the driver's email address or share the invite link. Once the driver accepts the invitation, they will be able to perform inspections on trucks in your fleet.

How do inspections work?

Drivers can start a pre-trip or post-trip inspection by selecting a truck from their assigned fleet. The inspection process guides them through capturing photos of the truck, recording the odometer reading, and noting any issues. Once submitted, the fleet owner can review the inspection.

How much does Prepost cost?

Prepost is free to use for one truck. If you need to manage more than one truck, you can subscribe to Prepost Pro for $19.99/month, which gives you unlimited trucks and full access to all features.

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your subscription:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap your name at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select Prepost and manage from there

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Since subscriptions are processed by Apple, refund requests must be made through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at humberto@paiperapps.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will process your request and delete all your data within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Prepost uses Firebase by Google for secure data storage and authentication. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never stored on our servers. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Does Prepost track my location?

No. Prepost does not collect or track your location data. The App uses your device camera for inspection photos but does not access GPS or location services.
