Prepost (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Prepost mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. Personal Information

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect the following personal information:

Inspection Data

As part of the fleet inspection workflow, the App collects and stores:

• Truck inspection photos uploaded by drivers and fleet owners
• Odometer readings and inspection notes
• Truck and fleet information (e.g., truck name, VIN, license plate)

Device Information

We may automatically collect certain device information, including:

• Device model and operating system version
• Unique device identifiers
• App version

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect precise location data or GPS coordinates. The App does not track your location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Facilitate fleet inspection workflows between owners and drivers
• Store and display inspection photos and data
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Communicate with you about your account or the App
• Improve and maintain the App

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google) — We use Firebase for authentication, database storage (Cloud Firestore), and file storage (Firebase Storage) for inspection photos. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage analytics. Please refer to Firebase's Privacy Policy for more information.
• Apple StoreKit — We use Apple's StoreKit framework to process in-app subscriptions. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never accessed or stored by us. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Photo Storage

Inspection photos taken through the App are uploaded to and stored in Firebase Storage. These photos are associated with specific trucks and inspections and are accessible to authorized fleet owners and drivers within the same fleet. Photos are retained as long as the associated truck or fleet account is active.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and inspection data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at humberto@paiperapps.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request, unless we are required to retain it by law.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
